George Atiee, M.D.

Dr. Atiee received his medical degree from UTHSC San Antonio and has been involved in clinical pharmacology research for over 23 years. For the past 15 years, he has been dedicated to Phase 1 clinical trial research. He was the Medical Director and Principal Investigator of Worldwide Clinical Trials' 300 bed facility in San Antonio, Texas. He also has experience as an Associate Medical Director for the clinical trial CRO Icon Development Solutions. Dr. Atiee has performed and prepared IND applications for over 300 Phase 1 and 2 trials in multiple therapeutic areas. At Sano, Dr. Atiee is instrumental in leading the company in the design and strategy of clinical protocols for our trials.
